Buying

How buying works

You pay by card and the work is minted directly to your own wallet. Four steps, and here is exactly what happens at each one.

01

Reserve

Choose a work and confirm. It is held exclusively for you from that moment — nobody else can buy it while your reservation is live.

02

Give your wallet address

This is where the work is minted. If you do not have one yet, a free wallet like MetaMask or Coinbase Wallet takes a couple of minutes to set up.

03

Pay

Card, bank, Apple Pay or Google Pay, handled by our payment partner Wert. They verify your identity by phone, so have it to hand. Your statement will show a Wert reference, not this site's name.

04

Receive

The work is minted straight to your wallet. You also get the full-resolution file and a certificate of authenticity anyone can verify from its code.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need a crypto wallet?

Yes. The work is minted to a wallet address you control, so you need one before you can buy. You do not need to own any crypto — you pay in ordinary currency by card and we handle the rest.

How long is a work held for me?

48 hours by default. If payment does not complete in that window, the reservation is released and the work returns to sale.

Can two people buy the same work?

No. Every piece exists once, and the reservation is enforced by the database itself, not just by the interface. Whoever confirms first gets it.

Why do you need my phone number?

Our payment partner verifies identity by SMS before taking payment. That check is theirs, not ours, and we never see your card details.

What appears on my statement?

A Wert reference rather than this site's name, because Wert processes the payment. The order confirmation email will match your purchase to it.
